Interesting enough German or Austrian film about a twin (Lucas, one of the brothers, died in an accident) where the remaining brother, Elias, develops Capgras syndrome and thinks his ("their") mother has been replaced, to the point where him and his imaginary/dead twin brother, torture her to death.
