Well, at least one of them is sadly gone, but currently listening to the French Novaplanet, and with 45 seconds under my belt, I would give it the proverbial thumbs up if that only didn't sound too facebookesque.

'A' net station

Based in Antartica, it plays "mostly music by artists who perform internationally, and typically do not to seek the music industry's favor" according to the website and Wikipedia.

It's nice. No idea why it's listed in the "Decades / 70's" listing of the Squeezebox Boom, but still.

(mostly) instrumental surf, catchy!

not sure which of the songs above it is, but taking the Russian spoken words, I go with Gulag. (Otherwise it'd be something by "Electric Joe")

Searched for online stream playlists with "Spy-Fi"  in them. Didn't see soma.fm but came across wfmu.org

Pretty crazy so far, Dr Demento-ish. "Serenade out of tune", "Ship of Fools", strange cliq-n-blip snippets...

Saw, on last.fm I think, a reference to Spy-fi that mentioned there were -two- bands with this name: a Dutch one, who collaborated with "Phantom Frank", and an American one. Must still find out to which of those two the "The Shadow Knows" album belongs.
