High-concept (...) film about a woman whose husband is killed by a drunk driver. Killing the killer with a time machine turns out to have unintentional consequences.
OK idea, but rather slow in its presentation.

Iain M. Banks - "Consider Phlebas"
No idea what the title is about, but fun enough scifi read about 'Horza", one of the few "Changers" left in the war between The Culture (with their enormous ships) and the Idirans.
