Brave (2012)

Amusing and beautiful film, though story wise it missed the Pixar magic. Somehow Wall-y, though not an exceptional story by itself, had it. This one, not so much.

Ian Curtis is not a hero nor a madman. Very human with simply extraordinary capabilities.

Crazy version of "Imagine". Love it.

Girly voice happy-go-lucky song. Amusing.

Mad Max I, II and III

Fun to watch again, particularly II, though it wasn't as "mad" as I remember.

And who would know his last name is Rockatansky?

III is quite over the top, unfortunately. It looses the estranged feeling of I and II.

This animation shows the 2299 high-quality (multiple transits), non-circumbinary transiting planet candidates found by NASA's Kepler mission so far. These candidates were detected around 1770 unique stars, but are animated in orbit around a single star. They are drawn to scale with accurate radii (in r / r* ), orbital periods, and orbital distances (in d / r*). They range in size from 1/3 to 84 times the radius of Earth. Colors represent an estimate of equilibrium temperature, ranging from 4,586 C at the hottest to -110 C at the coldest - red indicates warmest, and blue / indigo indicates coldest candidates.

Found through "must_look_into" of the Lumerians, but this is mostly an U.N.K.L.E project.

Their typical sound, nice.

Muse - "The 2nd Law"

I hated "Madness" - and listening to it right now, it hasn't grown on me yet, oh no, not at all - but I heard "Supremacy" the other day which does have a good old fashioned Muse sound.

Giving it another try.

Nothing fancy, no song catches my attention, except for "Unsustainable", which is quite Skrillex-ish in its dubstep (?) beats.

Also, there seem to be instrumental version of this album, which is probably the reason I thought most of the album was. As it stands, perhaps the instrumental version is better.

"Isolated System", mostly instrumental, is catchy too. So it seems the best songs on this album are the ones without voices. Which is rather... unusual, for Muse.
